ARCHITECTURAL DETAILS
Inle Cottage Boutique Hotel was designed to blend in with the natural environment and traditional architecture of the Inle Lake region. The hotel’s buildings are constructed using locally sourced materials such as bamboo, teak, and thatch, and are built using traditional techniques.

CHILD POLICY
No additional room charge for children under(10)years of age sharing the same
bed with parents and limited to one child per room. In case of a second child, an
extra bed charge will be added.
For the child sharing the same bed with parents, breakfast will be complimentary
if the child is less than 6 years old, and US $ 5.00 net will be charged if the child is
between 6-10 years old.

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW/EARL DEPARTURES
All cancellations have to be made by fax or mail
No cancellation by Telephone is accepted.
A cancellation charge on the total value of the reservation (inclusive of F&B and
other special arrangements) for each room canceled will be levied for any notice
of cancellation received.
Within 28 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total canceled booking amount.
Within 14 days prior to the arrival date, 75% of the total canceled booking amount.
Within 7 days prior to arrival date and NO SHOW 100% of the total canceled
booking amount.
No amendment is accepted in the cancellation period.
In the event that a guest checks out earlier than the confirmed scheduled date, the
hotel will retain the balance of room charges.
