Located in Bo Aung Kyaw Street, one of the oldest parts of downtown Yangon, this loft-style apartment features high ceilings, airy spaces, ancient masonry walls, contemporary kitchen & bathroom design, and can be easily accessed from anywhere by any means of transportation.ဗိုလ်အောင်ကျော်လမ်းတွင် ကိုလှမင်းဦး မိသားစုပိုင် ရှေးဟောင်းတိုက်ခန်းနှစ်ခုရှိပါတယ်။ ထိုတိုက်ခန်းနှစ်ခုက လမ်းမရဲ့ တစ်ဖက်တစ်ချက်စီ၊ တိုက်ခန်းတစ်ခု၏ ဝရံတာက ထွက်ကြည့်လျှင် နောက်တိုက်ခန်းတစ်ခုကို မြင်နိုင်သည့် မျက်နှာချင်းဆိုင် အနေအထားဖြင့် တည်ရှိပါတယ်။ လွန်ခဲ့တဲ့ နှစ်များစွာက သူပိုင်ဆိုင်တဲ့ ပထမတိုက်ခန်းရဲ့ ရှေးဟောင်းအဆောက်အအုံက ဖြိုချခံရပြီး ၎င်းနေရာမှာ အဆောက်အအုံသစ် တစ်ခုကို ပြန်လည်တည်ဆောက်ခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ ရှေးဟောင်းအဆောက်အအုံရဲ့ အမွေအနှစ်ဆိုင်ရာတည်ရှိမှုတွေကို တန်းဖိုးထားချစ်မြတ်နိုးသူ တစ်ယောက်ဖြစ်တဲ့ ကိုလှမင်းဦးဟာ သူရဲ့ ဒုတိယတိုက်ခန်းဟောင်း အဆောက်အအုံလည်း ဖြိုချခံရမှာ စိုးတဲ့အတွက် အချိန်မှီ ထိန်းသိမ်းစောင့်ရှောက်ရန် ဒို့အိမ်အဖွဲ့နဲ့ လာရောက်တိုင်ပင်ဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ထို့နောက် ရှေးဟောင်းတိုက်ခန်းရဲ့ မူလပုံစံမပျက်စေဘဲ ရေရှည်တည်တံ့အောင် ပြန်လည်ထိန်းသိမ်းရေးလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို ဒို့အိမ်မှ ဗိသုကာပညာရှင်များရဲ့ ဦးဆောင်မှုနဲ့အတူ လုပ်ဆောင်ခဲ့ပြီး ယခုအချိန်မှာဆိုရင် နောက်ဆုံး အောင်မြင်ပြီးစီးတဲ့ အဆင့်ကို ရောက်ရှိခဲ့ပြီပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ချစ်စရာ သမီးလေး (၃) ယောက်ရဲ့ ဖခင်တစ်ဦးတဲ့ အသက် (၄၇) နှစ်အရွယ်ရှိ ကိုလှမင်းဦးတစ်ယောက်ကတော့ အခုလိုမျိုး မြို့ပြအမွေအနှစ်ပြယုဂ်တွေကို ထိန်းသိမ်းစောင့်ရှောက်ခွင့်ရတာကို ဂုဏ်ယူလျက်ရှိပြီး ဒီလိုမျိုး ရှေးဟောင်းအမွေအနှစ်ပိုင်ဆိုင်မှုတွေကို သူ့ရဲ့ သမီးလေးတွေဆီ လက်ဆင့်ကမ်းပေးဖို့ စိတ်အားထက်သန်လျက် ရှိပါတယ်။ ရန်ကုန်မြို့ရဲ့ ရှေးအကျဆုံးလမ်းတစ်လမ်းဖြစ်တဲ့ ဗိုလ်အောင်ကျော်လမ်းမှာတည်ရှိတဲ့ ကိုလှမင်းဦးရဲ့ ရှေးဟောင်းအိမ်ခန်းမှာဆိုရင် လေဝင်လေထွက်ကောင်းပြီး အလင်းရောင်ကောင်းမွန်စွာရရှိနိုင်တဲ့ အခန်းကျယ်များ၊ မြင့်မားတဲ့ မျက်နှာကြက်တွေ၊ ကိုလိုနီခေတ်ဒီဇိုင်း အုတ်နံရံတွေ၊ ခေတ်မီပြီး အထက်တန်းကျတဲ့ ထမင်းစားခန်း၊ မီးဖိုချောင်၊ ရေချိုးခန်းတွေလည်း ပါဝင်တဲ့အပြင် လူသွားလူလာများပြီး အချက်အချာကောင်းမွန်တဲ့နေရာမှာ တည်ရှိတာကြောင့် နိစ္စဓူဝသွားလာရေးကိစ္စတွေအတွက်လည်း လွယ်ကူပါတယ်။
