Laden with period charm, the bedroom is furnished with four poster twin single beds adorned with warm duvets, an armchair, desk and walk in wardrobe, as well as a table and chairs on a private veranda for absorbing the fresh air and garden views. The bathroom has a bathtub for long soaks. This room has the option of interconnecting with a neighbouring Summerhill Concordia Double Bedroom to make a Family Suite.

We are also offering a US$50 credit for each room booked (Per stay) which can be used either towards a Tea Factory visit or one of our in-house curated experiences. (If you wish to use the credit against the tea factory tour please note the following – -tea factory tour daily. please note that tea leaves are not plucked on Sundays and public holidays, so the factory process does not take place on Sunday/Public holidays)

Instructions for early check-in or late check-out:
For guaranteed check in prior to 14:00 a reservation needs to be made from the previous day at the full night rate. For a late check out to till 18:00 a 50% charge of applicable daily rate applies (Not valid during 13th Dec- 29th Feb). For check out after 18:00 a full night rate applies.

Important reminders:
·         Rates are all inclusive and include breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, complimentary drinks and tea/coffee throughout the day.
·         Driver Accommodation is not available at Goatfell. We will provide details of local guest houses suitable for drivers and guides.

Extra beds:
·         For adults (16 years +) sharing a room with parents/friends, we will charge US$40 for the extra bed, plus the compulsory All Inclusive supplement (US$120).
·         For children (3-15 years) sharing a room with parents, we will charge US$120 for the extra bed, plus the compulsory All inclusive supplement (US$95).
·         For infants (0-2 years) a cot will be provided free of charge
Only one extra bed (and a cot) per room is possible. (We offer a rollaway extra bed and only have limited number of beds available at the bungalow. Hence subject to availability and needs to be pre confirmed)

Booking for entire bungalow:
·         Full Bungalow rates available upon request. Rates will be dependent on the number of adults and children wishing to book the bungalow.

Cancelation and no show policy:
Goatfell has a strict cancellation policy due to the exclusive nature of the bungalow and its limited room availability.

60 days or more – No Charge (payments reimbursed minus bank charges),

For Individual room booking-:
·         60-30 days inclusive – 1 night charge per room booked
·         Less than 29 days – Full booking charge.

For Individual room booking for peak period season between (14th December and 28th February):
·         60-30 days inclusive – 02 nights charge per room booked.
·         Less than 29 days – Full booking charge.

Full bungalow bookings:
·         Within 60 days of arrival – Full booking charge (this is due to the limited inventory).
