Carlinn Transient House is a post colonial war restored house tucked away in the scenic beauty of Sagada. It is an American-inspired “Cabin House with Scenic Views” that offers the perfect spot for a laid-back staycation.
With roots dating back to 1900, this historic gem underwent a thoughtful renovation in 2009 before opening its doors to guests in January 2024. Enjoy the best of both worlds as you soak in the nostalgia of yesteryears while indulging in modern comforts at our timeless retreat.

• Attic has no cots at the moment, but the cots will be available once booked
• Free drinking water
• Breakfast not included, but can be provided upon request (at least 4 USD per head)
• Guests can use the kitchen, if preferred, with an additional fee of 10 USD per night
• Maximum number of guests is 16 for the whole house

• Fire place available for use with a minimal fee of 4 USD per wood bundle
• Pet friendly with a minimal fee of 20 USD per pet, and the guest will be responsible to clean their pet’s mess
