This studio loft is a third floor apartment in the heart of Pabedan township, less than a five minute walk from Bogyoke Market (filled with crafts, art and more), Junction City shopping mall (with its large supermarket) and Sule Pagoda. The stylish apartment has high ceilings and a mezzanine bedroom and features wooden floors, exposed beams and a balcony looking over the street to observe the hustle and bustle of local businesses and street vendors.
OUR HISTORY
Daw Khin Than heard about Doh Eain through friends of friends who had seen a restored apartment and thought of her. Daw Khin Than wanted to restore her property but did not have the capital, expertise or energy to take on a complex design and construction process so she left that work to Doh Eain. Now she receives additional rental income which has allowed her to rent a larger flat in a neighborhood she likes better as she has gotten older.

-Check in and check out process with be done by property manager with the tenant
-During the stays , on request maintenance and issues can be reported by tenants during working hours ( 9am-5pm)on the weekdays , tenants can reach out to emergency team after working hours and on the weekends
– Tenants need to be reported to ward office and immigration for the form C according to the requirements of government
Pabedan township is the beating heart of downtown and epitomizes the multiculturalism of Yangon with landmark mosques, Tamil temples and of course the glimmering Sule Pagoda. This cultural mix is supplemented by a thriving commercial landscape including everything from small, one item shops all the way to some of the newest malls and the famous Bogyoke Market. The area has many beautiful heritage buildings and hosts the largest wet food market in downtown with fresh produce sourced from all over the country thanks to an active diaspora of traders coming from all the corners of southeast Asia. Many streets are specialized in one specific trade, such as sandals, lighting and plumbing equipemnt, and so on - all interspersed with vibrant tea shops, spice shops, jewelers, etc. Throughout the day, peddlers move through the streets of Pabedan selling fresh coconuts, flowers, snacks and collecting specific garbage for recycling. Pabedan is the township that will show you all the beautiful diversity and vibrant life of Yangon and make you fall in love with it.
