These rooms feature a king-sized bed along with two wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom with rain shower. Amenities include Cable TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Contemporary styled bedrooms that open onto the central courtyard. Rooms are available on both upper and ground floor.

• Check-in from 2:00 pm
• Check-out before 12:00 noon
Instructions for early check-in or late check-out:
For guaranteed check in prior to 14:00 a reservation needs to be made from the previous day at the full night rate. For a late check out to till 18:00 a 50% charge of applicable daily rate applies (Not valid during 13th Dec- 29th Feb).

Important reminders:
• Driver accommodation is not available. We will provide details of local guest houses suitable for drivers and guides.
• Half board supplement of US$50 per person (US$25 for children between 3 – 11 years of age) for a 3 course dinner (or lunch) with house tea or coffee. This is not a set menu, guests may select from our a la carte menu. Must be mentioned on the voucher at time of reservation confirmation.
• One way airport transfer – pick up or drop off can be arranged and please contact us for rates. We require transfer timings at least 48 hours prior to arrival/departure. Due to the current situation and the sudden fluctuations in the price of fuel, the cost for airport transfers can change without prior notice.

Extra beds/person:
• One child under 12 years can be accommodated on an extra bed in an upper suite at a cost of US$40 per night. Banyan and Bazaar bedrooms have interconnecting family rooms.
• A cot will be provided free of charge for children under the age of 2.
• Extra bed for adult (including breakfast) will be US$50/night adding an extra bed to the Bazaar bedroom can be done on request basis only (on availability) and it is important to keep the guest informed that room may get compact once we add an extra bed to Bazaar bedroom.
(We offer a rollaway extra bed and only have limited number of beds available at the hotel. Hence, availability needs to be checked before confirming a rollaway bed)

Cancelation and no show policy:

Groups (bookings): Any booking of 4 or more rooms on a particular night will be regarded as a group booking.
Cancelations or room count reductions 60 days prior to arrival will be charged full cancellation fee or the per night rate. Cancelations or room count reductions 90 days to 60 days prior to arrival will be charged 25% cancellation fee of the per night rate.

Cancellation policy FIT bookings:
• If cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival – no charge – any payments made prior to this date will be reimbursed (less any bank charges)
• If cancelled 14 to 29 days (inclusive) prior to arrival – one night’s charge per room booked.
• If cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival (14:00 local time) – full booking charge.
