A new life has been invoked in this chic Rumah Lenggong, re-built from an abandoned house in Lenggong, a quaint town in the northern part of Perak state. It boasts a panoramic view of the orchard in its living space and its originally coloured wall from the remnants of the past.
Adapted for modern living, the house is also equipped with spaces to gather and barbecue. From a rubber estate to an orchard, this traditional Perak Malay house is gracefully surrounded by durian trees scattered around 5 acres of land. It offers a stream of crystal-clear water trailing through the orchard and a small coop for livestock.
