Instructions for early check-in or late check-out:
For guaranteed check in prior to 14:00 a reservation needs to be made from the previous day at the full night rate. For a late check out to till 18:00 a 50% charge of applicable daily rate applies (Not valid during 13th Dec- 29th Feb). For check out after 18:00 a full night rate applies.

Important reminders:
• Driver Accommodation is not available. We will provide details of local guest houses suitable for drivers and guides.
• Half Board supplement of US$50 per person (US$25 for children between 3 – 11 years of age) for a 3 course dinner (or lunch) with house tea or coffee. This is not a set menu, guests may select from our a la carte menu. Must be mentioned on the voucher at time of reservation confirmation.
• One way airport transfer – Pick up or drop off can be arranged and please contact us for rates. We require transfer timings at least 48 hours prior to arrival/departure. Due to the current situation and the sudden fluctuations in the price of fuel, the cost for airport transfers can change without prior notice.

Extra beds/person:
• The Wallawwa bedrooms cannot accommodate an extra bed.
• All other rooms except the Wallawwa bedrooms can accommodate an extra bed placed in the main bedroom (this applies to the family suite and Mountbatten Suite), extra bed for adult will be US$50/night.
• One child under 12 years can be accommodated in a bed made up on the window seat in a Garden Suite at a cost of US$40 per night.
• The Wallawwa has interconnecting rooms (Family Suites and the Mountbatten Suite) specifically for those travelling with children.
• A cot will be provided free of charge for children under the age of 2.
• The Mountbatten Suite can accommodate up to six adults (one king size double and two queen size doubles). An extra charge of US$15 per additional person (above 4 pax) is applicable for breakfast if more than four people share this suite.
(We offer a rollaway extra bed and only have limited number of beds available at the hotel. Hence, availability needs to be checked before confirming a rollaway bed)

Cancelation and no show policy:

Groups (bookings): Any booking of 4 or more rooms on a particular night will be regarded as a group booking.
Cancelations or room count reductions 60 days prior to arrival will be charged full cancellation fee or the per night rate. Cancelations or room count reductions 60 days prior to arrival will be charged 25% cancellation fee of the per night rate.

Cancellation policy FIT bookings:
• If cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival – no charge – any payments made prior to this date will be reimbursed (less any bank charges)
• If cancelled 14 to 29 days (inclusive) prior to arrival – one night’s charge per room booked.
• If cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival (14:00 local time) – full booking charge.
