OUR HISTORY
“U Zaw Myint Oo used to rent out his apartment as storage space for publishing houses but worried that the place was slowly falling into disrepair because of lack of proper maintenance. He heard about the Doh Eain’s heritage apartment conservation model and was imrpessed by the renovated properties and the other positive contributions Doh Eain was making to the neighbourhood. That’s why he decided to work with Doh Eain to preserve the property for future generations.”

-Check in and check out process with be done by property manager with the tenant
-During the stays , on request maintenance and issues can be reported by tenants during working hours ( 9am-5pm)on the weekdays , tenants can reach out to emergency team after working hours and on the weekends
– Tenants need to be reported to ward office and immigration for the form C according to the requirements of government
