The ancestral home of one of city’s local family that built in 1960’s, this charming two-storey house opened its doors to visitors and guests after the pandemic hit the Philippines.

ARCHITECTURAL SIGNIFICANCE
Their spacious house after war, break the boundary between exterior and interior by integrating gardens inside and outside the domestic space. The house tells a story because of the pieces that interesting details that certainly add to the uniqueness and charm of the place.

Eventually displaced residential architecture imported and replicated from the Americans suburban model of the 50s and 60s. But it reinterprets the characteristics and elements of bahay-na-bato such as the lattice works, adobe walls, and volada (window gallery).
