Product Description
Welcome to the Calm Loft!
This stunning loft apartment is located on the first floor of a well preserved heritage building typical of Yangon in the early 1900’s, with teak wood work, exposed brick throughout, intricate windows details and high ceilings. Its airy open plan living makes it a great space to work and live, with plenty of light pouring in. Doh Eain has renovated three units in the building, including our office and the Alley Garden to the rear. It’s proximity to the office means the tenant is especially well taken care of. The bedroom is located to the rear of the flat which makes for a peaceful oasis despite being in the heart of downtown Yangon, a stone’s throw away from the Secretariat and the vibrant Bogalazay street.
OUR HISTORY
U Shan Kar heard about Doh Eain through word of mouth from friends who also own heritage properties and thought the model of preserving the heritage architecture while increasing rental income would appeal to him. They were right! Now U Shan Kar is able to use the extra income to expand his printing shop Lu Du Myittar.
